LDLC ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne hands French league-leader AS Monaco its second straight loss

Moustapha Fall and Thomas Heurtel combined for 52 points sending LDLC ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne to the 92-68 victory against AS Monaco on Saturday.

Fall finished with a game-high 27 points behind 12/13 two-pointers. The French center also grabbed ten rebounds. Heurtel added 25 points and eight assists. On the opposite end, Rob Gray registered a team-high 18 points.

The hosts blowing out the Jeep Elite Pro A leaders improved their own tally to 17-6. La Roca Team fell to 17-4 with its second loss in a row.

Chase Simon poured a game-high 27 points behind 8/9 field goals lifting Dijon over Le Mans, 86-80. The win on the road got the second-placed team’s record to 20-5.

Bourg snatched an overtime win, 92-86, over Boulazac jumping to 17-8 on Friday. Danilo Andjusic had 30 points and Alen Omic hit a 22-point, 15-rebound double-double.
