LDLC ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne remains close to French league leaders, AS Monaco and JDA Dijon

Thomas Heurtel packed 21 points and six assists guiding ASVEL past Bourg, 79-70, on Monday. Guerschon Yabusele made out 17 points in the Jeep Elite Regular Season contest. The guests went up to 18-6 with their seventh win in a row. The home side, ranked fifth, fell to 17-9, despite Danilo Andjusic scoring a game-high 22 points.

French league-leader Monaco was also in action and jumped to 18-4 by blowing out Nanterre, 90-67. Damien Inglis recorded a team-high 15 points.

David Holston went for 16 points, including the deciding bucket in Dijon’s win, 74-71, against Orleans. Alexandre Chassang pumped in 18 points helping his side improve to 21-5.

Valentin Bigote dialed in six threes and scored 28 points as Le Mans beat Cholet, 95-88, to snap a three-game losing streak.
