ASVEL and SIG on top, Thompson scores 41

ASVEL and Strasbourg are the big winners of the 6th round in LNB’s ProA, as they are sharing the top of the standings with a 5-1 record.

Behind them six more teams are tied at 4-2, including the defending champions Limoges, the newcomers Antibes and Monaco – which was defeated by Strasbourg (photo) –  and also Chalon, Le Mans and BCM Gravelines. Still the win of Pau Orthez after two overtimes against Nancy (108-104) with Michael Thompson scoring in total 41 points was the most spectacular game of this week.
