Paris Basketball follows with a record €28.8 million budget, a massive 53% leap that highlights the club’s rapid growth. The reigning French champions will allocate €7.97 million (28%) to payroll, up 42% from last season.

ASVEL Villeurbanne rounds out the top three with €18.6 million — a 15% bump — despite recent financial challenges. Its payroll has dipped 19% to €4.55 million, accounting for just under a quarter of the total budget.
