AS Monaco continues its legal battle to secure a place in the 2026-27 Betclic ELITE season.
Following the decision of the French Basketball Federation’s Appeals Chamber, Monaco has referred the case to the French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF), initiating a conciliation procedure to seek a review of the club’s admission to France’s top division.
Monaco stated that it remains fully committed to exploring every legal avenue available under French sports law, while continuing its restructuring process in close cooperation with its institutional partners.
