EuroCup-bound ASVEL is once again the club with the highest budget, something which was more or less expected, especially after Nicolas Batum joined forces with president Tony Parker.
2017 league finalists Strasbourg (that also return to EuroCup) come second, followed by Monaco (Basketball Champions League). Yet the Monegasques spend slightly more in players/coaches salaries, as the table shows.
Limoges, the third French EuroCup team, is third on the list while reigning champion Elan Chalon (also in Basketball Champions League) is just fourth.
The “Budgets” list includes all expenses of the clubs and the “Masses Salariales” list, the total salary numbers that each team will have to pay during 2017-2018.
