There was some partying tonight in Antibes with the local team overpowering French League title contender ASVEL 91 – 73.
Vincent Sanford dropped 21 points, Jerel Blassingame scored 18 and dished out eight assists, Harvey Tyler had 16 points while Tim Blue finished with 10 points, five assists and four rebounds for the winning squad.
From ASVEL, Alpha Kabba posted 16 points and six rebounds and AJ Slaughter scored 13.
In Dru Joyce’s debut (8 points, 6 assists in 17 minutes) Limoges beat Cholet 89 – 86 on the road behind Kenny Hays’ 17 points.
With 19 points by Miro Bilan and 18 by David Logan, Strasbourg returned to victories by crushing Gravelines-Dunkerque 73 – 50.
