Limoges CSP made a double-digit advantage during the first period which proved crucial as they kept it until the end and recorded a 79-66 win against Levallois Metropolitans on Day 31 of PRO A League.
The communication between outer and inner players of Limoges proved crucial in this game. Samardo Samuels scored 18 points while Alex Bouteille added 15 in addition to Dru Joyce’s 14 points. On the other side, Travis Leslie scored a game-high 21 points and got help from Jaron Johnson who finished with 17 points.
This was a very important victory for Limoges as they strengthen their playoff position with a 17-14 record, while Levallois takes a step further away from playoffs with 15-16.
On Saturday, ASVEL lost control of the game against Gravelines in the last period but were calm enough to secure a victory in the end.
