Five games into the season and Fenerbahce has already had to go through three close finishes. After beating Zvezda and losing to Panathinaikos in EuroLeague, now they were challenged by Bahcesehir. Jan Vesely was the hero of the night with the game-winner that gave his side a 79-78 victory.
Vesely got a rebound after Nando de Colo’s missed three-pointer with eight seconds remaining but had to grab another one after his own miss, before finally putting the ball inside the basket and setting the final score.

He finished the game with ten points and seven rebounds while De Colo scored 15 and Dyshawn Pierre 12 points. Pierria Henry had 11.
For Bahcesehir, Jamar Smith was the top scorer of the game with 19 points in addition to Oguz Savas’ 14 and Ben Bentil’s 13 points.
Fener stayed undefeated in the Turkish League with 3-0 while Bahcesehir now has a 1-2 record.
