Anadolu Efes delivered a 104-77 blowout to Galatasaray in Game 5 of the Turkish BSL semifinals to punch its ticket to the finals, though the concern about Vasilije Micic’s ankle injury lingers.

Micic was injured three minutes into the third period and was helped off the court in a wheelchair. Prior to rolling his ankle, he hit a contested three-pointer shot. The Serbian star scored 14 points and had 4 assists prior to exiting the game.

Shane Larkin paced Efes with 28 points, 6 assists and 4 rebounds, Bryant Dunston added 14 points and Elijah Bryant posted a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds.

Galatasaray‘s season came to an end after forcing Game 5 against the back-to-back EuroLeague champions. Maurice NDour scored 20 points for Andreas Pistiolis’ squad, Dee Bost had 14 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and Melo Trimble added 10 points.

Efes will meet Fenerbahce in the upcoming league finals, for the third time in the last four years (excluding the 2019-20 season that came to an abrupt end due to the pandemic).
