After Strasbourg, Fenerbahce lost also to Konyaspor and coach Zeljko Obradovic stated after the game that he players were “soft”.
Fenerbahce‘s coach said that his team was more relaxed than expected: “We didn’t play patiently. We played fast, we couldn’t play well in transition defense. After leading by 10 points, we just relaxed. We were soft and we didn’t play with tempo. We couldn’t react. We were practising for their shooters during the last 3 days. We knew they were shooting well but we were soft and they punished us. We have lots of young players in the team. I’m trying to give them more minutes but it’s hard. They have to fight. We have a long season upon us. We have to work more”.
