Fenerbahce Beko continues to dominate in BSL Regular Season, notching a sixth straight victory, this time against Tofaş Spor Kulübü with an 82-68 final score.
Johnathan Motley had a perfect shooting day with 7/7 from the field, scoring 20 points.
Samet Geyik followed with 13 points, and eight rebounds, while Scottie Wilbekin added 11 points for the winning team.
Rob Gray led Tofas with 16 points, Berk Ugurlu with 14 followed, while Emre Tanisan added 11, and Tyler Ennis 10 points.
The hosts started the game with a 20-8 run and went to the first break with an eight-point lead. Tofas cut the deficit in the second period to just two points, but Fenerbahce answered with 12 straight points and had a 43-33 lead at the half time.
After the break, the guests got to a five-point deficit, but the team of Dimitris Itoudis woke up and grabbed a 49-38 lead, and then with a 12-1 run extinguished all hopes of Tofas.
Fenerbahce entered the last period with a 16-point advantage, managed to keep it, and comfortably won in the Round 7 of BSL.
The defending champions are the only team in the Turkish league without a defeat (6-0), while Tofas suffered a third loss (4-3).
After another win, Fenerbahce heads to a double week in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague, and road games against Monaco (Tuesday), and Milan (Thursday).
On the other hand, Tofas will host Strasbourg in Round 4 of the Basketball Champions League (Tuesday).
Meanwhile, Anadolu Efes also got a win, this time over Konyaspor.
