A third straight domestic win for Anadolu Efes working into the next two-game week of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season

After a slow start, Anadolu Efes dominated Aliaga Petkim Spor for the 90-64 victory at home Sunday.

French forward Amath M’Baye went for 19 points, a new personal best in the 2022-23 season. He made 6/9 from the field, including 5/7 three-pointers in Round 17 of the BSL Regular Season.

Matching his best scoring effort in the top-flight division of Turkey, Erten Gazi followed with 17 points and also tucked in five three-pointers. The team coached by Ergin Ataman finished with 16/30 makes from beyond the arc.

Vasilije Micic chipped in 14 points, three assists, and three rebounds in just under 15 minutes of action. Apart from team captain Dogus Balbay recovering from left hip surgery, Rodrigue Beaubois, Chris Singleton, Tibor Pleiss, and Ante Zizic were left out of the lineup.

Shifting back to the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season, Efes will take on Rounds 22 and 23 by playing host to Zalgiris Wednesday and traveling to Olympiacos Friday, respectively.

Retaining the top spot of the Super Ligi standings Saturday, Fenerbahce Beko took down Onvo Buyukcekmece, 82-69.
