With Zalgiris Kaunas since the summer of 2023, Brady Manek won’t be playing with the Lithuanian side anymore, at least for the remainder of the 2024-25 season.
The former member of the North Carolina Tar Heels has been sent on loan to Mersin, in the Turkish Basketball Super League, after seeing his numbers significantly drop in the EuroLeague. In his second campaign in the competition, he only spent 8:56 minutes on the court per game, scoring 3.3 points.
This won’t be the first time Brady Manek spends time with a Turkish team, as he already played with Tofas Bursa back in 2023 after starting his overseas career with the Perth Wildcats.
