In control for most of the 40 minutes and in a double-digit distance for large stretches, Yukatel Merkezefendi ended up with an 87-80 win against Anadolu Efes in Denizli’s Pamukkale University Arena on Sunday.

Former Saint Joseph’s standout Isaiah Miles stood out with a new personal best in his 2025-26 journey at 22 points, including 5/6 three-pointers, with 25-year-old Vrenz Bleijenbergh chipping in 12 points, nine rebounds, and five assists. On the wrong end, 30-year-old Nick Weiler-Babb recorded a team-high 16 points.

The team coached by Pablo Laso briefly led in the third quarter en route to 10-8 in the Turkiye Sigorta Basketbol Super Ligi Regular Season, with the hosts recovering quickly to jump to 10-8.

Vincent Poirier (knee), Isaia Cordinier (back), Jordan Loyd (foot), Shane Larkin (groin), Giorgos Papagiannis (knee), and Rodrigue Beaubois (calf) were ruled out by Efes for the Round 18 fixture.
