Easy win for Jasikevicius’ team after controlling the 40 minutes of the game

Fenerbahce will remain at the top of the Turkish BSL standings for another round.

Sarunas Jasikevicius’ team defeated Mersin comfortably, 91–78, and now has 19 wins in the domestic competition.

Despite the 17 points from Kartal Ozmizrak and 15 from Ronald March, the visitors were always behind on the scoreboard, except for the opening moments.

Wade Baldwin was the home team’s top scorer with 14 points, closely followed by Metecan Birsen and Bonzie Colson with 12 each.

The EuroLeague leader’s dominance throughout the game was total, closing the first quarter ahead 21–17, which was only the beginning.

As the minutes passed, the lead kept growing and reached 25 points at 68–43, the moment when the game was effectively decided.
