Fenerbahce faced some problems for the first 20 minutes against Buyuksehir, but showed its superiority in the second half, ultimately winning the game 73 – 55. This was a match for the 25th Day of the Turkish Basketball Superleague, but took place earlier than the rest, because of Fenerbahce‘s obligations in the Euroleague playoffs (which begin next Tuesday).

Coach Obradovic‘s players gathered double the offensive rebounds of their opponents (17 – 8) making the most out of them, by translating them into points. Luigi Datome was the first scorer for Fenerbahce with 15 points, whil Ekpe Udoh added 13, plus 7 rebounds.

Damir Markota (16 points, 11 rebounds) and Malcolm Armstead (12 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists) greatly stood out among their teammates for Buyuksehir.
