Sertac Sanli (20 points) and DJ Strawberry (19 points) compiled a formidable duo leading Besiktas to an 87 – 78 victory over Eskisehir on the road.
Besiktas, that was without new acquisition Josh Adams, entered the game with a powerful 18 – 30 first quarter and never looked back afterward.
Bugrahan Tuncer finished with 21 points while Jeff Ayres dropped 12points and grabbed 6 rebounds for Eskisehir.
In his debut with Besiktas, Juan Palacios pitched in 15 points in less than 20 minutes.
