Anadolu Efes got another win over Fenerbahce BEKO, this time in the Turkish League and Krunoslav Simon was once again leading the charge

Two days after Anadolu Efes logged first-ever EuroLeague road win over Fenerbahce BEKO, they also prevailed over the same rival in the Turkish League with a 79-66 win at home.

Krunoslav Simon was leading Efes in the EuroLeague win and he did so this time as well with 16 points. Vasilije Micic followed with 15 in addition to Shane Larkin and Chris Singleton’s 14 points each.

Simon also shot 5-7 from deep and grabbed nine boards while for Fenerbahce, Nando De Colo scored 17 while Melih Mahmutoglu helped with ten points.

The first half was balanced with Efes being up 17-14 after the first quarter and 35-34 at halftime. However, the third quarter was crucial as the hosts dominated to go ahead by a 17-point margin (61-44). They didn’t allow any comeback effort in the final period and sealed the deal.
