Round 2 of the 2025-26 EuroLeague Regular Season continued with more successful picks by Eurohoops. Moving to Round 3, we are investing in the next big thing in Spanish basketball.
We got familiar with the 19-year-old point guard of Valencia during EuroBasket 2025. His breakout is now extending to a leading role at the club level, combining with a brilliant start for the Taronges, from winning Supercopa Endesa 2025, to a 2-0 EuroLeague start against LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne and Virtus Bologna, and to opening the Liga Endesa Regular Season with a win over FC Barcelona.
A rematch with the Catalonia powerhouse will be played in Palau Blaugrana on Friday. De Larrea was slowed down by a shoulder issue on Sunday, but the setback does not scare us.
Standing at 1.96 meters, he was brilliant as the floor general of the senior national team of Spain in EuroBasket, averaging 23 minutes per contest. In Europe’s premier club continental competition, he is averaging 13.5 in Performance Index Rating in about 19 minutes per game.
He is on a roll. More importantly, he costs only 7.1 units in EuroLeague Fantasy.
We were considering his addition from the top of the season, before deciding to place him in our already quite successful team in the Eurohoops-League, which is up to 1,385 excellent Fantasy players. We invite you to join and play with us.
The Spanish guard allows us to add Fantasy stars to our lineup. That is the reason behind his entry.
As for Round 2?
We recommended Jordan Nwora of Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet, who, similar to another Jordan, dominated in Fantasy to deliver a PIR of 29.
Alongside more affordable options in Devon Hall and Saliou Niang, and especially the American guard of Fenerbahce Beko, we enjoyed him reaching the range of 18 PIR once again.
Not that the Italian forward of Virtus Bologna was bad, posting a PIR of 8 at a price under eight units.
