The latest Eurohoops installment of ‘feeling awkward’ interviews with Nikos Pantelis featured Mathias Lessort of Panathinaikos Aktor.
From a brief French introduction to immediately transitioning to English, the 30-year-old center was brave in facing several challenges, including being humorously accused of body shaming.

Lessort, currently on the injury list of the Greens, joined the Greek powerhouse in 2023, participating in the championship run of the 2023-24 edition of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague. He was previously crowned 7DAYS EuroCup champion with AS Monaco in 2021. Individual accolades include being named to the All-EuroLeague First Team of the 2022-23 and 2023-24 seasons.
