Like every other week, we will once more attempt to find high-upside bargains heading into Round 28 of the Regular Season. The closing action before the break offers a major opportunity for managers to maximize value, either through cheaper options that allow for heavy spending elsewhere or by selecting players and coaches guaranteed to produce points.
For Round 28, we are focusing on two bargain assets currently defying their price tags.
Here they are, attached with respective explanations leading to our decisions for this week in EuroLeague Fantasy.
- For 9.0 credits, Jordan Loyd of Anadolu Efes is our first pick. After flying under the radar so far this season, the American–born naturalised Polish guard has averaged a Performance Index Rating of 25.0 over recent games, helping the Turkish side secure two wins. The upcoming challenge for the team based in Istanbul is at the Turkcell Basketball Development Center against a tough but manageable Virtus Bologna on Thursday.
- At 9.3 credits, Bruno Fernando of Partizan Mozzart Bet is our second selection. He is currently performing like a player valued at over 13–14 credits! He has tallied a PIR over 11 in six of his last seven games, including an average of 22 over his last two outings. On Friday, the Belgrade outfit hosts the former team of Fernando, Real Madrid, at the Belgrade Arena. The Angolan center faces a difficult task against Walter Tavares, but given his momentum, anything is possible.
