The 2025-26 EuroLeague Fantasy season has hit an unprecedented crossroads as EuroLeague Regular Season action resumes with Round 29.
With the confirmed absences of the most expensive assets, Sasha Vezenkov and Nikola Milutinov, clinging to them now is a one-way ticket to the bottom of the rankings.
We are talking about the two players we relied on from day one of our newest Fantasy season, and we are sure our readers did as well.
Especially Sasha…
OK, but what do we do?
We suggest backing their direct replacements at Olympiacos, who are none other than Alec Peters and Tyrique Jones.
Jones has already reduced Milutinov’s Fantasy numbers, and although his 14.1 credits are a bit heavy for us, we see no reason not to bet on him.
Where we have no qualms is with Peters.
He is tagged at just 7.8 points, so he is anything but a burden for us.
History proves that when he sees starter minutes, his efficiency skyrockets. By investing in him, you gain elite production while freeing up enough capital to go hunting elsewhere.
With Vezenkov’s massive 21.4 credit valuation and Milutinov’s 16.8 credits off the books, the extra capital allows us to welcome Nigel Hayes-Davis.
Priced at 13.5 credits, the new Panathinaikos Aktor star is set for his season debut in the EuroLeague. And we even consider him a steal if he replicates his dominant performance in Greece’s Allwyn Final 8.
- An additional bonus on the forced sale of Vezenkov and Milutinov is an investment in Kendrick Nunn as well.
