When an icon like Muhammad Ali dies the whole world is mourning. And of course European basketball is also expressing its grief.

European players who are part of the NBA, Americans who are playing in Europe and Europeans who have been inspired by one of the biggest than life athletes ever, are saying their last goodbye in the social media, remembering what made Ali special.

Muhammad Ali, the greatest boxer of all time and civil rights champion, died on Friday at a Phoenix-area hospital, where he had spent the past few days being treated for respiratory complications. He was 74 and his legacy will remain forever.
