The NBA players are more than enough in Rio, however Euroleague and Eurocup are also proving to be more than capable providers of top talent in the biggest sporting event of the world.
The 2016 Summer Olympics are taking place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and as always the men’s basketball tournament will be one of its main attractions. Once again, Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and 7DAYS EuroCup stars will be all over the place in Rio.
A total of 37 players – a number not at all bad compared to the 47 NBA players – will be part of the competition with the duo of Euroleague champs Milos Teodosic of Serbia and Nando De Colo of France being marquee names also in the Olympic basketball tournament.
