Nine of the 14 Basketball Champions League 2018-19 Regular Season Rounds are in the books. Teams have positioned themselves in the best possible way hoping to secure a ticket to the Playoffs stage. The remaining five Rounds will be played in 2019 and will determine which clubs will advance.

Well, it wasn’t easy for none of them to make their case in the first nine Gamedays. Out of the 144 Regular Season matches played, 85 of them finished with a final score difference of 10 points and under, which is translated to a whopping 59%. In forty of those cases, the two teams were ultimately separated by five points or less.

Breaking down the above, it’s worth noting that Round 9, the last one of 2018, contained six games with a final win margin of five points or less. This occurred for the second time in the 2018-19 campaign with the sixth round marking the first. However, Day 4 featured a season-high total of twelve games with a final difference of ten points or less.
