Khimki prevailed at home with 91-84 against Enisey in a challenging game for the hosts. Alexey Shved was there to save the day, scoring 33 points for the winners.
E.J. Rowland’s 13 points and Marko Todorovic’s 9 points and 10 rebounds added to this great homecourt win for Ivanovic’s team.
The Enisey side had the upper hand of the game in the beginning, leading the first quarter 14-23, while the hosts’ outstanding performance in the second quarter tied the score to 44 points at halftime.
The second half was almost perfectly balanced between the two teams, though Shved’s leadership was the key factor for Khimki’s win in the end.
