Lokomotiv battled hard in game 4 against Unics on the road and completed its third win in the playoffs, which leads the team to the semifinals against CSKA Moscow!

Lokomotiv beat Unics Kazan in Game 4 of the playoffs series 79-84 and advanced to the VTB League semifinals, where CSKA Moscow awaits.

Taylor Rochestie paved the way for this victory by scoring 21 points, while Ian Vougioukas put on an excellent performance with 17 points.

The visitors shows signs of hunger for the win right from the first period, which they stormed 20-31. The momentum didn’t change much in the second period, as Sasha Obradovic‘s team was up 45-50 at halftime.

The Kuban side led with more than 10 points at 27’ (50-63) and controlled the game completely, even when Unics reduced to 9 before the end of the third period. The score was 56-68 after 30 minutes.

The game was meant to turn into a derby in the final minutes, yet the visitors remained in charge, even when the Kazan side trimmed to 4 points.
