Olympiacos center Nikola Milutinov is traveling with his team to Spain for the EuroLeague Round 18 game against Valencia Friday (11/1) even though he hasn’t recovered from a partial lateral ligament rupture he suffered in the game vs. Fenerbahce on January 2.

“He’s traveling with us and we’ll see how he feels,” Olympiacos coach Kestutis Kemzura said. The Serbian big man had been ruled out for three weeks.

Guard Will Cherry and center Willie Reed stayed in Athens. Cherry is expected to be released by Olympiacos following an incident with guard Wade Baldwin that took place during practice.

On the other hand, forward Vassilis Charalambopoulos officially joined Olympiacos following his return from being loaned to Ionikos Nikaia. The Greek player is also raveling to Valencia.
