After adding Taylor Rochestie and Pero Antic ,Crvena Zvezda‘s roster was more than complete. Therefore, certain moves had to be made in order for the rotation to make sense.
For that reason, Zvezda sent youngsters Petar Rakicevic and Borisa Simanic to FMP. Both players will have a chance to compete for minutes and develop their skills while playing in a better situation for both them and their team.
Rakicevic averaged just 2.8 points and 1.1 assists per match in ABA League, while Simanic had 2.9 points and 1.3 rebounds per match.
Aleksa Radanov, another player who belongs to Red Star, will remain in FMP for the upcoming season. Radanov was among the players that Sasa Djordjevic included in the first call of the Serbian national team ahead of the EuroBasket.
