Anadolu Efes prevailed over Galatasaray with a 69-70 victory with Bryant Dunston saving the winners in the very last moment of the game with a buzzer-beater shot.
The center finished the game with 18 points and 9 rebounds and led Velimir Perasovic‘s team past Galatasaray, that played without the orders of head coach Ergin Ataman, as he received penalties from the Turkish Basketball Federation disciplinary board.
Cedi Osman contributed a double-double in this win for Efes with 15 points and 11 rebounds, while for the opposing team it was Austin Daye that led with 16 points.
