The ACB has sent the necessary requirements for the organization of the final phase of the 2019-2020 Spanish League to the 10 cities that have submitted candidacies to host the tournament.

Almeria, Andorra, Barcelona, Gran Canaria, Real Madrid, Menorca, Navarra Tenerife, Valencia and Zaragoza want to hold the 12-team tournament that ACB has planned to conclude the Liga Endesa season.

ACB mentions that each proposal will be analyzed in great detail and the main criterion in the final selection will be the fulfillment of the necessary health guarantees for the safety of everyone who will participate in the event.

The 12 top teams in the Liga Endesa standings at the moment of the season’s suspension are eligible to participate in the tournament that is planned to take place in July. As is the case with the Israeli Winner League’s program to finish the season, the dates conflict with EuroLeague’s schedule for the potential final phase of 2019-2020.
