Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar added some firepower to its backcourt by signing shooting guard Chris Babb to a two-year deal, the club announced Wednesday.

Eurohoops has already reported that both Babb and Trevor Lacey have agreed to continue their career in Krasnodar. Babb (1.96 meters, 27 years old) arrives from ratiopharm Ulm, where he averaged 11.7 points on 40.3% three-point shooting and 3.3 rebounds in 14 7DAYS EuroCup games last season.

He also ranked fifth in the German League in scoring with 15.4 points on 42.1% three-point shooting in helping Ulm to the best regular season record in the competition. His 100 triples in 33 regular season games set a German League record. Babb started his professional career with Boston in the NBA and also played for Maine of the D-League before joining Ulm in 2015. He led Ulm to the German League finals in 2016.
