The EuroLeague market is already here, and Barcelona made their first move official, signing for one season the American guard Myles Cale, who will debut in the EuroLeague.
Eurohoops previously reported the Catalan team’s strong interest in the 26-year-old swingman, which turned into reality a few days afterwards alongside Toko Shengelia’s addition.
In 34 games played in Italy this season with Aquila Basket Trento, where he also won a historic Italian Cup Final, he promised 11.3 points – shooting 44.2% from deep and 83.0% at the line – and 1.9 assists per game.
Playing in the BKT EuroCup with the black-and-white side, he had 10.7 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per appearance over 18 games. He had a season-high of 21 points against Joventut Badalona.
This will be his debut season in the EuroLeague, as the Seton Hall Pirates’ former member never played in the competition before. He spent his first two overseas seasons with Limburg United in Belgium.
