While both Crvena Zvezda and Paris Basketball reportedly set their sights on him, Carsen Edwards is nearing a contract extension with Bayern Munich, according to Eurohoops sources.
The 27-year-old guard has led the whole league in points per game at 20.4 per appearance.
The American guard previously played in the EuroLeague with Fenerbahce, moving to Germany in the summer of 2024.
After many twists and turns Carsen Edwards is near a new contract with Bayern Munich. The German powerhouse is also in advanced negotiation with Wenyen Gabriel who finished the season with Panathinaikos.

Moreover, the German powerhouse is also nearing an agreement with Wenyen Gabriel, who spent last year in the EuroLeague between Maccabi Tel Aviv and Panathinaikos.
Between the Israeli and Greek teams, he has averaged 6.0 points and 3.6 rebounds per game.
Internationally, the former Los Angeles Lakers center is expected to play with South Sudan in the upcoming FIBA AfroBasket 2025.
