BC Dubai isn’t stopping on the transfer market ahead of their debut season in the EuroLeague.
The powerhouse from the Middle East has announced the addition of McKinley Wright IV, who has signed a two-year contract and will debut in the EuroLeague too.
Spending the last two seasons with Buducnost VOLI, he has already tasted a bit of European basketball. In the 2024-25 season, he put up 10.1 points, 4.3 assists, and 2.9 rebounds per game.
Most importantly, he was named MVP of the latest ABA League season, obviously being inserted into the All-ABA First Team as well for the 2024-25 campaign. Overall, he put up 12.3 points, 4.7 assists, and 2.2 rebounds per game in the ABA League.
Prior to his move to Europe, the 26-year-old playmaker spent time in the NBA with the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Dallas Mavericks, where he also played with his new teammate, Davis Bertans.
Debuting in the EuroLeague for the first time in the short club’s history, BC Dubai has been strengthening the core, coached by Jurica Golemac. Recently, they announced the addition of both EuroLeague established players, Dzanan Musa and Aleksa Avramovic.
