Similarly to the move that brought Tibor Pleiss to OAKA during the 2024-25 season, Panathinaikos is seriously considering signing Bryant Dunston, according to Eurohoops sources.
Just like the German center, the experienced 39-year-old center has played under the head coach Ergin Ataman during his stint with Anadolu Efes, winning back-to-back EuroLeague titles.
In the 2024-25 campaign, Bryant Dunston played with Zalgiris Kaunas, winning the Lithuanian championship in a five-game LKL Finals series against Rytas Vilnius.

It wouldn’t be the first time that the American-Armenian center has played in Greece, as he already wore the red-and-white jersey of Olympiacos from 2013 to 2015.
He got to Piraeus following a stellar season with Pallacanestro Varese in 2012-13. Then, he returned to Italy in 2023-24, signing with Virtus Bologna for one year.
Undoubtedly one of the greatest defenders ever in the EuroLeague, he was named Defensive Player of the Year twice (2014 and 2015). He ranks 10th for games played in the competition at 364.
