Cole Swider is signing a one-year deal with Anadolu Efes, as reported first by NBA writer Marc Stein, and confirmed by Eurohoops sources.
Swider is a smart bet from Efes, with the player expected to get a $600.000 annual salary.
The 26-year-old player, who has a reputation for being a great shooter, has a total of 35 NBA games under his belt with the Lakers, Miami, Detroit, and Toronto, spending most of his career in the G-League.
During his four seasons in the NCAA with Villanova and Syracuse in a total of 110 games, he had a career average of 38% in threes.
Last February, he registered a season high of 36 points in the G-League playing for the South Bay Lakers in a 123-112 loss against the Rip City Remix.
In a total of 13 games with the South Bay Lakers, he averaged 21 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 44% in threes.
