Fenerbahce is working on extending the contracts of three players that played a major role in the team’s success in the 2016/17 season.
Nikola Kalinic, Luigi Datome and Kostas Sloukas all have contracts which give the ability for Fenerbahce to keep them for next season. However, since the team appreciates and values their efforts, all three of them should expect an offer for an even longer extension, according to Eurohoops sources.
Those three players have an active 2+1 contract each, but the team’s intention is to keep them bound for several more years, offering them new multiyear deals. In the case of Sloukas, this has happened already.
