Croatian Ivica Zubac, the 32th pick of the latest draft, signed his rookie three tear contract with the Lakers and was presented to the media of Los Angeles alongside the no2 pick of the draft, Brandon Ingram.
As Zubac said: “I don’t realize I’m with the Lakers. When I realize, I will tell you. I work hard like I always did and never, nobody gave me everything. I always had to earn everything by myself. If I will just continue to do that, I’ll be fine”.
Zubac left Mega Leks of Serbia and the 19 years old center (2.15 m.) is ready for the biggest challenge of his career. He grew up in Cibona’s junior teams, he is a member of the Croatian junior national teams and now he has to take the next step.
