The first home game for Ratiopharm Ulm in this Eurocup season brought its first positive result, with a 87 – 82 victory over Union Olimpija Ljubljana.

It was a 13-2 partial score in a very crucial period of the fourth quarter that, more or less, decided the game’s outcome. Ulm was ahead only 68 – 66 with less than nine minutes to go, but made the most of its opponents’ mistakes to get an advantage which led them to win.

Raymar Morgan had 15 points, while Braydon Hobbs and Chris Babb scored 12 each. Da’Sean Butler along with Taylor Braun added 11 apiece.

The Slovenian team finished with 20 (!) turnovers, something that never allowed them to claim control of the match. Brandon Jefferson dropped 22 points and Devil Oliver had 15 plus 9 rebounds.
