Marc Gasol added one more stellar game to his season. The Spanish star with 26 points and 11 rebounds led Memphis to the 96-91 win over the Sixers.
Turk forward Ersan Ilyasova had 23 points and 17 rebounds for the losing side, Croatian Dario Saric came from the bench for 17 points and 7 rebounds, Spaniard Sergio Rodriguez added 5 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists and Frenchman Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot scored 7 points.
With Rudy Gobert scoring a career-high 22 points, having 11 rebounds and blocking four shots, the Jazz beat Suns 112-105. Fellow Frenchman Boris Diaw contributed 13 points and 6 assists for the win, while Ukrainian Alex Len had 14 points for the losing side.
The Knicks beat the Heat on the road (114-103) with Latvian Kristaps Porzingis having a double double (14 p. 12 r.), Frenchman Joakim Noah back in action also with a double double (10 p. 10 r.) and Lithuanian Mindaugas Kuzminskas adding 2 points. For Miami, Slovenian Goran Dragic was stellar (29 p. 7 as.) but not enough.
In Minessota, the Spurs beat the Wolves 105-91 as Spanish icon Pau Gasol finished the night with 11 points and 7 rebounds against 4 points and 6 assists by his compatriote Ricky Rubio and 5 points by Serb Nemanja Bjelica.
In Washington, despite a career high of 52 points by John Wall and 6 points and 11 rebounds by Polish center Marcin Gortat, Orlando got the 124-116 win. Spaniard Serge Ibaka had 10 points and 5 rebounds, Montenegrin Nikola Vucevic added 10 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists off the bench and Frenchman Evan Fournier scored also 10 points.
Also in Detroit the Pistons beat Chicago 102-91 (Mirotic 5 p.) without using Beno Udrih and Boban Marjanovic.
