MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg grabbed its second win in the Basketball Champions League Round of 16 by defeating JDA Dijon, 84-72, Wednesday night.

Tremmell Darden produced 12 out of his 15 points in the first half of the Gameday 4 contest. The 16-point cushion was cut to six points in the fourth quarter but the players guided by John Patrick kept their composure and made their way to 2-1 in Group I.

Tulsa product James Woodard had 12 points at Palais des Sports Jean-Michel Geoffroy. BCL October MVP Jonah Radebaugh with ten points, seven assists and three rebounds, recorded a team-high 17 efficiency rating.

The top scorer in the last three Champions League outings, Justin Simon was held to six points but he put in seven rebounds, three steals, and one assist. Yorman Polas Bartolo, Rawle Alkins, and Jacob Patrick were out.

The German club upping its W-L tally to 2-1 forced the hosts down to 2-2. La Jeanne was coming off five consecutive BCL wins and had prevailed in ten of its last ten games at home.

Khadeen Carrington tallied a game-high 17 points but was kept quiet through the fourth-quarter comeback bid. Rashard Kelly banked in half of his 14 points in the last ten minutes and pulled down a game-high eight rebounds. David Holston received his BCL February MVP award before tipoff and from there got 13 points, seven assists, two steals and two rebounds, but was not enough for the team coached by Nenad Markovic.
