CSM Oradea, among the 24 teams heading to Samokov to play for a spot in the next Regular Season of the Basketball Champions League, welcomed Bandja Sy. The 35-year-old forward/center joined the Romanian side after departing Paris earlier in the offseason. With the team based in the French capital, he introduced himself to the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, averaging 3.1 points and 2.1 rebounds per contest over 35 appearances. Moving to the 2025-26 campaign, he will return to the Champions League, following 23 games played between AEK early in the 2017-18 championship run and ASVEL in the 2016-17 journey.

Meanwhile, AEK Betsson announced a one-year contract extension with 26-year-old forward/center RaiQuan Gray. The former NBA player with the San Antonio Spurs and Brooklyn Nets moved his talents to the Queen last September. His first overseas journey included 15 appearances in the top-tier club continental competition of FIBA Europe, amounting to 9.3 points per game. The 2025-26 assignment starts in Group F, opposite VEF Riga, NHSZ-Szolnoki Olajbanyasz, and one more team coming out of the Qualifiers.

In Group A with Rytas, Legia Warszawa, and MLP Academics Heidelberg, Promitheas Vikos Cola completed an eighth summer signing with 23-year-old winger Panagiotis Tsamis on a three-year contract. The youth product of Olympiacos will debut in the Champions League.

A former easyCredit BBL champion with ratiopharm Ulm in 2023, 28-year-old forward Josh Hawley is back in Germany after inking a one-year contract with BCL Qualifiers outfit Basketball Lowen Braunschweig.
