A fan vote was launched on ChampionsLeague.Basketball to decide the next Player of the Week. The winner will be announced on Friday.
Per the press release: “The Basketball Champions League Season X continued with eight games on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday gives us time to reflect on the best individual performances.
The fifth Team of the Week saw players from Joventut Badalona, Rytas Vilnius, Pallacanestro Trieste, Galatasaray MCT Technic and Dreamland Gran Canaria make the cut.
Ricky Rubio dominated in Türkiye, finishing with more points than minutes as Joventut Badalona stormed to 4-0 in their first BCL season.
Jerrick Harding was even more impressive when it comes to scoring the ball, needing just 22 minutes to count to 30, as Rytas took care of business in Group A.
Jahmi’us Ramsey was unstoppable for Pallacanestro Trieste, leading the team to their first ever BCL win and keeping them in contention for Play-Ins.
James Palmer Jr flirted with a triple-double once again, as Galatasaray reached the Round of 16 with two games left to play.
Another man who saw his team clinch top spot of the group is Mike Tobey. Providing his usual efficiency, Tobey propelled Gran Canaria to first spot in Group H.”
