He’s been making up for lost time ever since. The 31-year-old certainly stamped his authority on the Play-Offs Round of 16 tie with Besiktas Sompo Japan.

The American playmaker had a stunning 25-point, 3-assist, 5-rebound and 3-steal performance in the 75-70 opening leg triumph over Besiktas in Izmir.

The Philadelphia-born floor general then played a major part in the club’s 90-83 come-from-behind triumph on Wednesday. Cool, calm and collected, he led Karsiyaka with 22 points, 6 assists and 5 rebounds.

A player who hit big shots and made huge plays in key situations, Green has scooped the honor as the Play-Offs Round of 16 MVP.

He had an efficiency rating of +29 for his first leg effort and +26 in the second.
