Danilo Gallinari was released from the hospital after undergoing emergency appendectomy a few days ago and has joined the national selection anew.
Per the Italian Basketball Federation press release, Gallinari will remain out of action approximately for a week but still plans to play in China’s FIBA World Cup that tips off late August.
