Olympiacos played excellent against Aris in the first semifinal of the Greek playoffs and won the game easily by 45 points (98-53). The Reds lead the series 1-0 and host Aris again on Friday.

The hosts had a great shooting night (72% in 2ps with 26/36 shots) and controlled the game since the first moment also by the hard defense. Matt Lojeski was the leading scorer with 17 points, Bryant Dunston scored also 17 points and blocked three shots. Also, Oliver Lafayette scored 12 points with four threes!

Aris registered only ten players because Ado Adegboye, Drew Naymick and Giannis Karathanasis stayed in Thessaloniki injured. Alexander Vezenkov, the leading scorer and the second rebounder of the Greek league couldn’t help a lot his team in the first half (scored 12 points, 8 of them in the second) when Aris was closer. Reed (10p) and Pasalic (11p) were also double digits.
