The two all-time greats had a different opinion on the crucial decision who got Porzingis ejected.

The talk about Kristaps Porzingis’ ejection started on social media even before the end of the game. With the Latvian big man leaving the game after a second technical foul which was the result of altercation with Marcus Morris, a lot of eyebrows were raised.

Porzingis himself admitted that he should control himself better, however, both he and Morris – who also got a technical and shoved Porzingis after being confronted by him – took the short end of the stick.

Crew chief Kane Fitzgerald said in a pool report that Porzingis was assessed the second technical foul for “being an escalator to the altercation,” which was confirmed through instant replay.

“I didn’t think it was much of nothing, honestly,” Morris said. “I think Luka thought that I was being, I guess, extra physical or something, but if you look at the film I actually wasn’t doing anything. I didn’t think it was enough to get technical fouls. I wish that Porzingis played because it’s playoffs, man, nobody should get thrown out in playoffs. I know that really hurt their team. Not my fault but I didn’t think it was that serious.”

And both LeBron James and European icon Dirk Nowitzki agree with him.

LeBron made the following tweet.

And Dirk also added via the same social media.
