A late run lifted the Dallas Mavericks over the San Antonio Spurs

The Dallas Mavericks finishing with a 17-4 run defeated the San Antonio Spurs, 115-104, on Wednesday at home.

On the first day of action following the All-Star Game break, Luka Doncic recorded his 33rd triple-double with 22 points, 12 rebounds, and 12 assists in 39 minutes. Kristaps Porzingis combined a team-high 28 points with 14 rebounds in 34 minutes. Fellow European starter Maxi Kleber produced 11 more points, seven rebounds, and two assists in 33 minutes. On the losing side, Austrian Jakob Poeltl finished with six points and five rebounds, and Croatian Luka Samanic registered one fruitless minute.



Lithuanian Jonas Valanciunas punched in a season-high 29 points and grabbed 20 rebounds leading the Memphis Grizzlies to the win, 127-112, against the Washington Wizards. He also blocked four shots and dished out three assists in a dominating performance. Israeli Deni Avdija and Latvian Davis Bertans scored 13 points each, and German Moritz Wagner six points, but Ukrainian Alex Len did not get on the board for the visitors.
